Holy Week
Happy April! April comes in so many colors as flowers bloom. My favorite flowers are especially the Texas bluebonnets. April I always think of Easter. A time to reflect on what Christ did for us on the cross. Palm Sunday, when Jesus rides on a donkey on the streets and people shouting Hosanna and ending it with Jesus’ resurrection on Easter Sunday. On Good Friday, is when they crucified our Lord. He paid the price for our sins so we didn’t have to. May we never forget what He did for us. Even after Easter as the year goes on, let’s not forget what He did for us. He will always be with us no matter what. Good Friday might be a day of mourning, but I hope it’s still a good day knowing what Jesus did for us. Then three days later, He resurrected, Easter morning. The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said.
