Living Hope

So I just thought about this today and was thinking about sharing how this song became one of my favorites. Many of you probably heard of the song, Living Hope by: Phil Wickham. I first heard about it a few years ago at church. I love the tune to it and especially the words. The chorus is the best part.  Knowing Jesus paid the price for our sins. For He conquered the grave and rose again. Because He lives forever so can we. That song represents so much in life today.  He is our living hope and that we can live for eternity.  This song has made an impact in my life and I listen to it almost every day!  “  Hallelujah, praise the one who set me free Hallelujah, death has lost its grip on me You have broken every chain There's salvation in your name Jesus Christ, my living hope.” Phil Wickham

In Nature

This past week I was able to explore Oregon. A state I have been to for many years. This year I explored so many new things. Small hikes at Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon coast. The Oregon coast is beautiful and so is the park. Just being out in God’s beauty really makes me appreciate what He’s created.  I love to explore new places and see new scenery. Being out in nature really renews my soul and it’s so refreshing.  This post is a little shorter than usual but hope y’all still enjoy reading it. 😊

Facing Our Fears

Image
Years ago, I use to be terrified of different things. Riding horse, dogs, heights, roller coasters and you name it. All though, I don’t plan to ride any roller coasters anytime soon. Lol  A couple of years, I conquered my fear of riding horses. I rode around on my cousin’s horse when I was in Kansas in 2019. It was so fun!!! I went horseback riding for my birthday this past weekend and it was so fun!  Anyways, if you have a fear of something, you just need to be confident and pray about it before you do it. It’ll be intimidating at times and I tend to ask a billion questions or talk way too much. lol In some way you can over come your fears. Maybe you’re fear could be something simple or something more major. A Just try to relax and stay calm and you’ll be fine.  The older I’ve gotten, thep less fears I have. I’ve just learned to be more confident with myself and you just learn eventually!  Hope everyone has a wonderful week! Go try something new when you can!
